According to the “Global Gender Gap Report,” a 2021 World Economic Forum study, women represent just 26% of the global Artificial Intelligence workforce.

Engaging women as equal partners in shaping the future of AI has the power to positively impact automation’s future. In March, IBM recognized 40 exceptional female leaders across 26 countries who are driving the adoption of AI in business. Read about the achievements and contributions of this year’s honorees here.
