Astia

Astia is a unique, global organization committed to building women leaders and accelerating the funding and development of high-potential, high-growth, women-led startups. They provide innovative programs that ensure companies gain access to capital, achieve and sustain high growth, and develop the executive leadership of the founding team.

Astia was founded in 1999 as the Women’s Technology Cluster. Althea provided capital and business support to re-vitalize the organization with a new name, web site, and new sponsors. Since then, Astia has helped hundreds of companies raise more than $740 million return more than $100 million to investors. Astia has expanded to offer programs in Silicon Valley, New York, Europe, and India.
