Caroline joined The Althea Foundation as Program Administrator in September 2005. In May of 2005, Caroline graduated from Trinity College in Hartford CT, where she received a B.A. degree and majored in Art History. During her four years at Trinity she pursued her interest in the arts while working as a technical and production assistant at the school's theatre. She also spent the spring semester of her Junior year studying abroad in Rome, Italy furthering her study of Art History and Architecture. During her senior year, Caroline was accepted to an internship program at a local Architecture firm in Hartford, where her hard work and determination to learn and excel in the field was recognized by the college who presented her with the John C. E. Taylor prize in Architecture.
