Alexsis de Raadt-St. James has a rich background in technology and international business development. She established the Death Notification Program at University of California Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute in San Francisco between 2002 and 2004. Prior to establishing this program she was a Sloan Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she received a M.S. degree. de Raadt-St. James spent 13 years with Shell International and Royal Dutch Shell in London and The Hague in a variety of management positions which included: global head of mergers and acquisitions, senior treasury advisor and portfolio manager with the Royal Dutch Pension Fund. Before joining Shell, de Raadt-St. James worked for the investment bank Kidder Peabody in London and Boston. In addition to her Masters degree from M.I.T she also has an M.B.A. from Erasmus University in Holland and B.A. from University of Texas in Austin.

Mark Hoffman joined Everdream as President, Chairman and CEO in July 2005 and brings over 25 years of proven management experience to the company. A pioneer in business-to-business e-commerce, Hoffman served as President, Chairman and CEO of Commerce One, one of the first companies to design infrastructure software that connected complex commercial processes into one centralized marketplace, from 1996 until 2004. The company is widely considered to have established the software standards for electronic commerce. Under his leadership, the company went public in 1999. Prior to joining Commerce One, Hoffman co-founded Sybase, Inc. in 1984. As President, Chairman and CEO, Hoffman managed the company's dramatic growth from a software start-up to the second largest relational database management system vendor and sixth largest independent software company in the world with annual revenues of nearly $1B in 1996.
Prior to Sybase, Hoffman's experience included management positions at Britton Lee, a manufacturer of database machines, and at Amdahl Corporation. Hoffman is currently on the board of Intraware, Inc. Hoffman holds a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.
